Cancellation / Change

Up to 91 days before the start of the rental Euro 50,00
90 to 61 days before arrival 25% of the rental price,
60 to 35 days before arrival 50% of the rental price,
34 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the rental price,

1 day before the beginning of the rental period or 95% of the rental price.

When booking, the tenant will be charged 10% of the rent, at least Euro 50.00. In case of early departure, no restitution will be refunded.

  • Facilities

    In the two separate bedrooms the utmost importance has been placed on comfort. LCD television (with satellite) in each room, seating for 2-4 people and an extra bed for a small child if required.

  • Special Features

    Our generous, luxury bathroom with ceiling high marble tiles, whirlpool, glass shower and WC invites you to feel at home.

    The fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.

  • Price

    From € 60,- per person per night incl. towels, bed linen and final cleaning. Minimum price for the room € 160,- per night.

  • Special Conditions

    Special rates for bookings over 1 week. Up to 3 nights € 50,- plus additional cleaning costs.
