Description





The large apartment "Lemberger" on the 2nd floor of the building Marktplatz 3 was rebuilt into 3 apartments with living/bedroom, as well as kitchen and bathroom named "Bordeaux", "Chardonnay" and "Lemberger". In the app. "Lemberger" there is also a 3rd bed in a separated alcove. Pictures are available upon request.

Cancellation / Change

Up to 91 days before the start of the rental Euro 50,00
90 to 61 days before arrival 25% of the rental price,
60 to 35 days before arrival 50% of the rental price,
34 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the rental price,

1 day before the beginning of the rental period or 95% of the rental price.

When booking, the tenant will be charged 10% of the rent, at least Euro 50.00. In case of early departure, no restitution will be refunded.

  • Facilities

    In all of the four separate bedrooms the utmost importance has been placed on comfort. In each room there is a 32 inch LCD television (with satellite), Internet connection and land line telephone with free calls throughout Germany.

    Bordeaux: 1 person € 90 / 2 persons per night € 110

    Chardonnay: 1 Person: € 100,- / 2 Persons pro Nacht € 130,-

    Lemberger: 1 Person: € 80,- / 2-3 Persons: € 120,-

    incl. towels, bed linen and final cleaning.

    Special rates for bookings over 1 week. Up to 3 nights € 50,- plus additional cleaning costs.
