This 2-bedroom apartment offers approximately 55 sqm a large living / bedroom with double bed and 1 room with a bunk bed, which is suitable not only for children, but certainly also for adults.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building Marktpatz 3. This house was built about 1500 and is about 80 years older than the adjacent Kielmeyer House. Both houses are family owned.

As all our apartments also the apartment "Trollinger" was rebuilt according to the latest building standards.

Cancellation / Change

Up to 91 days before the start of the rental Euro 50,00
90 to 61 days before arrival 25% of the rental price,
60 to 35 days before arrival 50% of the rental price,
34 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the rental price,

1 day before the beginning of the rental period or 95% of the rental price.

When booking, the tenant will be charged 10% of the rent, at least Euro 50.00. In case of early departure, no restitution will be refunded.

  • Facilities

    In the bedroom great emphasis was placed on high sleeping comfort. There is an LCD TV with cable connection in the room. A kitchen and a spacious bathroom with floor-level all-glass shower and toilet completes this west-facing apartment.

  • Special Features

    A terrace is available for guests to stay outdoors. Washer and dryer are available if required. The use of bed linen, hand and bath towels are included in the room price.
